What Employers Gain When They Hire Our Villagers

Every employer I talk to names the same problem. They cannot find people who are trained, ready and willing to stay.

Prime Village™ is building a pipeline to meet that need. Our Villagers will finish a certificate track chosen with employers in mind, across technology, business, the skilled trades, health and legal support, and hospitality.

A partner employer gains three things.

The first is talent that arrives prepared. A Villager has completed the training, earned the credential and practiced the interview before the first conversation with you.

The second is support that continues after the offer. Our team stays in contact with the Villager and with you through the early months, when most new hires struggle.

The third is a workforce development investment your organization can stand behind. You are filling a role, and you are changing what the next ten years look like for a young adult who was ready to work and needed a way in.

The talent is there. In 2025, 22.8% of people with a disability were employed, compared with 65.2% of people without one. Employers who look past that gap find capable people their competitors overlooked.

If your organization hires for entry level or skilled roles, I would welcome a conversation.
