Who we are
Prime Village™ ("Prime Village", "we", "us") is the public name of Prime Village Corporation, a Georgia nonprofit corporation based in Kennesaw, Georgia. This policy covers primevillage.org and the forms on it.

Information we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and mailing address.
- Donation details, such as the gift amount, date, frequency and any dedication. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.
- Messages you send through our contact, volunteer, partner or newsletter forms.
- Basic technical information, such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies or similar tools.
How we use it
- To process gifts and send receipts.
- To answer your questions and requests.
- To send news and updates you have asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep records required by law and to prevent fraud.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Donor privacy
We do not sell, rent or trade the names or contact details of our donors. We do not share donor information with other organizations for their own fundraising.
We will honor a request to give anonymously.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our payment processor, email service and website host, and only as needed for that work. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
Program participants
Information about Villagers and applicants is confidential. We do not publish a participant's name, image or story without written consent, and consent can be withdrawn.

- Opt out of emails using the link in any message.

Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. No method of transmission is completely secure.
