No one ages out alone.
Prime Village™ is a Georgia nonprofit building a clear path to work, housing and lifelong community for young adults who have been left to figure it out by themselves.
To empower foster care alumni and differently abled young adults with housing stability, career-ready skills and community support.
A nation where every young adult aging out of foster care or living with different abilities has a clear pathway to employment, stable housing and lifelong community.

Differently abled, by design.
We see neuro-divergence as being differently abled: a different way of thinking, learning and working. It is a strength to build on.
So we do not ask Villagers to fit a standard classroom. We shape the training, the pace and the workplace match around how each person works best.

Rhonda Bettis
Founder & CEO
Rhonda Bettis has been an executive in the financial industry for 35 years, leading large teams in senior executive and C-suite roles. She is known for transformation: rebuilding how organizations operate, bringing innovative thinking to long-standing problems, and developing the people who carry the change forward.
Born in Trinidad and Tobago, Rhonda grew up watching her father, Kenneth Prime, make sure the children of San Fernando had what they needed for school. She founded Prime Village™ to bring that same commitment to young adults who are ready to work and need someone to open the door.
One model for two communities.
Housing, workforce training and mental health support for both foster care alumni and differently abled adults.
Workforce development through certificates that lead to work in months. No college degree required.
We prove outcomes through partners before we build a campus.
